Face
Botulinum toxin (Botox) is used to soften expression lines of the face and neck. “Motion / baby Botox” smooths while preserving natural expressions, with no frozen look.
A precise scheme and micro-doses are injected with great accuracy.
Treated areas
Upper face:
- Forehead wrinkles
- Crow's feet
- Glabella (frown lines)
Lower face:
- Perioral wrinkles
- Nasolabial folds
- Masseters
- Chin ("orange peel" appearance)
Botox relaxes certain muscles for 3 to 6 months, smoothing wrinkles and giving a relaxed, rested appearance.
* Botox and hyaluronic acid can be combined depending on the indication.
Neck
The neck and décolleté show signs of aging (horizontal/vertical lines, laxity). Botox injections reduce contraction of the platysma muscle and improve skin appearance for a firmer neck.
Gummy smile
A gummy smile (excessive gum display) can be corrected non-surgically with Botox injections that reduce hypercontraction of the upper lip elevators.
Hyaluronic acid can be added if the upper lip is too thin to better cover the gum.
Hyperhidrosis
Hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) mainly affects the underarms, hands and feet. Botox injections reduce sweat gland activity and significantly decrease sweating for several months.
How does a Botox injection session take place?
- Duration: 15–30 minutes
- No anesthesia required (topical cream possible for comfort)
- Micro-injections at key points
- Temporary redness/bruising
- Immediate resumption of activities
- Avoid aspirin/NSAIDs before the session
- 2 hours: no intense sport or lying down • 24 hours: do not massage
Contraindications: pregnancy, breastfeeding, neuromuscular diseases, recent anticoagulant treatment, local infection, aminoglycoside antibiotics.
Results: visible from ~3 days, stabilized around day 10, duration 3–6 months.
Purposes of the injections
- Forehead, crow's feet, glabella
- Facial/neck wrinkles, sequelae of paralysis
- Gummy smile
- Excessive sweating
- Bruxism
Precautions after injection
- Do not massage/rub for 24 hours
- No sport for 48 hours
- Avoid head-down positions for 48 hours
Volumes & wrinkles
Hyaluronic acid injections are ideal to restore volume to the face and body, treat static wrinkles and fine lines while hydrating the skin — without surgery.
It is the world’s most used dermal filler because it naturally restores volume in the following areas:
- Nasolabial folds
- Lips
- Cheeks
- Chin
- Temples
- Tear troughs
- Marionette lines
A hydrophilic molecule naturally present in the skin, hyaluronic acid attracts water and fills intercellular spaces to deeply hydrate the dermal layers.
Non-surgical rhinoplasty
Corrects certain nasal imperfections without surgery using hyaluronic acid injections (minor deviation, moderate hump/depression, asymmetry, nasolabial angle…).
Possible indications
- Moderate hollow or bump
- Modification of certain volumes
- Symmetrization
- Improvement of the nasolabial angle
- Correction of a slight deviation
NON-SURGICAL Genioplasty
To increase projection or reshape a receding chin, Dr. Fahd Benslimane performs micro-injections of hyaluronic acid to redefine the lower face and facial harmony.
A well-structured chin clearly separates the face and neck and can make the nose appear smaller.
Hands
For a youthful, firmer appearance, hyaluronic acid restores volume to the back of the hand, filling hollows and spaces between the fingers: smoothed wrinkles, veins and tendons camouflaged — in a single session, without scarring.
Sun exposure is prohibited 3 weeks before and after treatment (contraindication on tanned skin).
